After finishing the VLCD phase of the weight loss program you are ready to begin maintenance. This phase of the program is essential to your success and must include the re-introduction of good fats back into the diet to optimise gall bladder and digestive function.

The golden rule during your maintenance phase: NO STARCHES OR SUGARS.​

What happens after Maintenance?
