Our simple and easy to follow 3 step process is designed to help you lose stubborn fat and lose weight.
The 3 step program consists of:-
Step 1 - Loading
Step 2 - VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet)
Step 3 - Maintenance
The next step in achieving a healthy and more vibrant life begins with one step. If you're ready to start losing that weight and start losing fat, then this program is for you.*
Step 2 VLCD
Day 3 of the program follows your 2 days of fat loading. This day begins the VLCD part of the program and food allowed during the next 21-40 days is strictly limited to approximately 500 calories per day.
Note: There are no exceptions of foods used during this phase of the program. If it's not listed in the manual then it's not allowed during the VLCD phase.
You may only use the foods listed in allowable foods as outlined in your Manual and Recipe Guide.
